[Insight-developers] update code in Code/Review dir

Hi Alex,

Thanks! And attached is the updated file.

The only change happens in the internal computation of the linear
system. None of the interface code are modified.

I tested it using some of the genus 0 meshes download from the
http://www.aim-at-shape.net/ website.
