[Insight-developers] update code in Code/Review dir

Hi,

Recently I updated the code of itkConformalFlatteningMeshFilter.txx in
the Code/Review directory. Basically I improved the numerical solver
and it runs 3x faster. Could anyone let me know what's the process of
updating the code in Review dir?
