[Insight-developers] MetaIO fix for (open)solaris

Gaetan,

I'm going to commit the fix. You shouldn't be able to check it in ITK 
directly (it has to go in an intermediate repository). Please post all 
bug fix requests for MetaIO on this mailing list.
