[Insight-developers] ITK Page on Distributions ( Linux, Mac....)

Hi,

I think there is already a page like that on the wiki.

   http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK_Linux_and_Cygwin_Package_Maintainers

It would need some more work, and a link on the download page would be  
really great.
