[Insight-developers] Trouble with recent changes to MultiphaseSparseFiniteDifferenceImageFilter

The build at http://www.cdash.org/CDash/testDetails.php?test=28224834&build=388447
exposed problems with recent changes to
MultiphaseSparseFiniteDifferenceImageFilter. This build turns on
strict stl container checking.

I have checked in changes that fix (without knowledge of the code) the
failing test. Can you verify that the changes are indeed correct?
