have the same behavior than the other "Relabel" filters

but I realize that it does have the same behavior. So the name seems  
quite good :-)

I even think that it may be implemented as a subclass of  
AttributeRelabelImageFilter, with  
itk::Functor::LabelLabelObjectAccessor as accessor type.

A few ones have been updated recently (in July), like  
itkShapeLabelMapFilter.h. Be sure to get the last version.
