Hi Luis,

Since you're discussing changes to Gaetan's class, I was going to  
remind you of our discussion at the ITK conference where you mentioned  
changing the colormap class names from '*Functor' to '*Function' to be  
more consistent with the actual usage.  Have you thought more about  
that?  Do you need me to do anything to facilitate the changes?
