[Insight-developers] Building ITK with wrapping, seems to want to install files in the system-wide Cmake directory?

Ran into this trying to build ITK as part of our  'slicer3 build system
hacked for our own nefarious purposes' build system.  If you build with
WrapITK turned on, WrapITK wants to add files to the system-wide Cmake
install, which would require administrator privelege.

Is this kosher? Is this necessary?  Is there a way to suppress this?
