[Insight-developers] kdtree plots and parallel tests

Hi Bill,

Thanks for looking at that.
I don't see a clean way to run both part of the test - the production  
of the .dot and the production of the .png file - in a single test.

In that case, it would be nice to be able to give test dependencies in  
cmake, so they can be run in order by ctest.
