OK, but it should work with it.   If someone builds ITK today on a 
current cygwin or mingw with cmake 2.6.4 they will get all of those 
warnings.   That is something we should try to fix.

Bill, I don't see a cygwin or mingw build other than dash14 on the 
dashboard.   Where are your builds?
