[Insight-developers] gccxml and msvc9

Dear Gaëtan and Brad,

I'm seeing exactly the error you (Gaëtan) ran into in May of this
year, with ITK 3.14, CableSwig ITK-3-14, Visual Studio 2008 SP1,
Windows XP SP3, Python 2.6.2, WrapITK 0.3.0.  I did NOT run into this
problem on Win64.

How did you manage to fix it?
