[Insight-developers] Insight applications build

Hi,
 
I'm trying to perform a build for Insight-Applications within ITK and I'm getting certain build errors. One linker error refers to the MSVCPRTD.lib within from the MSVCP80d.dll.
 
Both, itk and vtk builds were done as a multithreaded dll with MS Visual Studio 2005
and seemed to have worked without any errors.
 
Please advise of modified project settings to fix this build.
