[Insight-developers] CDash upgrade

Developers,

We are planning on upgrading CDash on www.cdash.org to CDash 1.4 beta 
over the weekend. The dashboards might be unavailable for some time. We 
hope to fix the remaining bugs next week and release the official CDash 
1.4 by the end of next week.

This new release includes more than 60 bug fixes and the following main
new features:

* New XML parsing using SAX
* Support for filters
* Support for labels on builds, tests, coverage files
* Introduction of models (MVC framework)
* Nightly testing of CDash itself

* Support for subprojects (CMake/CTest CVS is required)

* Improved navigation
* Improved database indexing
* Improved email reporting
* Email for coverage files
* Improved column sorting
