[Insight-developers] Heads up on checking in changes to make Functor classes use const operator()

Hey Kent,

Thanks for looking into this. I saw that you closed the corresponding bug:

However, you didn't commit your patch, so I don't understand your
comment on the bug tracker "I checked in fixes for all such classes.".
