[Insight-developers] KWStyle errors were not reporting

Do we have to respect the ITK style outside the code directory?
I never cared about style in Testing directory, because the tests I  
was modifying were full of style erros according to KWStyle, but in  
Julien's link below, the errors are reported in this directory as well…
