[Insight-developers] KWSYS/ITKSYS question

This brings up a question I've had for a while.   Where is the
documentation for kwsys and by extension itksys?

A lot of the kwsys functionality appears in ITK in itksys.  I use it -
its very handy - but i figured it out from the .h file.  It doesnt
seem to be documented in the main ITK docs - or perhaps i didnt look
hard enough.  In particular, the itk namespace list does not include
itksys.

As an ITK user, am I allowed/encouraged/discouraged from using itksys?
