[Insight-developers] reading 3D tiff (/dcm pair Mevis)

Hi Rashindra,


The current version of GDCM does not support Visual Studio 6.0,
which is one of the platforms used in ITK.


This issue should be resolved before we update the version
of GDCM that is distributed with ITK.

The two obvious options are:

     1) modify GDCM to support Visual Studio 6.0

     2) Drop the support for Visual Studio 6.0 in ITK
