[Insight-developers] GDCM 2.x [was CMake Flag to make itk::Image behave like itk::OrientedImage]

If I can get an unused VS6 from somewhere (Luis/Kitware?), I can take
a stab at it as the winter approaches. I'm used to working around VS6
issues, been doing it for years...
