[Insight-developers] Little red dash board: discrete Gaussian image function

Good catch.

Something went wrong last night with the CVS update of ITK in Zion.

The new file was not retrieved from CVS in the Code/Review directory,
while its counterpart in Testing was.

The build should be clean tomorrow.

(I rather not rerun it at this point, Zion is still overloaded with
  about other 10 Dashboard builds).
