[Insight-developers] Little red dash board: discrete Gaussian image function

Hi Insight Developers,

It seems I have made the dash board a little red:

g++ can't find the header files I added.

bcc can't find sprintf.

I am not familiar with these compilers/platforms and have no idea how
to fix the issues. (I compiled successfully with Visual Studio and
cygwin before committing). Any advice would be appreciated.
