[Insight-developers] Submitting experimental build

Dan,

CDash doesn't use the trigger anymore. CMake 2.6 has a fix to prevent 
CTest for triggering the dashboard.

You will get this error when using CMake 2.4.7 but this will not impact 
the submission.

Let us know if you have any other issues,
