[Insight-developers] New FFT filters API

Hi,

FFT filter are using template parameters in a different way than in  
the rest of the toolkit: they take a pixel type and an image  
dimension, instead of the usual image type. Ok, it's there for a long  
time, and there is no easy way to change that.

The new FFT filters in the Review directory are also using that non- 
usual template parameters. But unlike the others FFT filters, those  
one are still in Review, so there API can still be changed.

Is there a reason to use that kind of template parameters?
Is it ok if I change them for a more usual set of template parameters  
(an image type)?
