Hi Karthik,

The bugtracker says that the following bug was assigned to you:

The bug was discussed on the mailing list recently:

I think the consensus is to replace the optimized code by a call to 
vcl_floor(), for the time being, until a better solution has been found.

Could that fix perhaps be included in the 3.10 release?
