[Insight-developers] deformable model segmentation

Hi leila,
 
I'm still thinking about rewritting it on top of QEMEsh. It's in my to do
list, unfortunatly after a few other items.

I noted that anisotropic spacing, out-of-image checking ... Should be
addressed.

I would be interested if you had an open source deformable model
segmentation code project. Please, let me know.
