Hi thomas,

The ressurection of the code went fine.

Here is the datastructure with dual geometry container. Take a look at the
member variables and at the definition of the DualOrigin ;-)

beware: the code works , but it¹s far from the coding standards of itk. It¹s
pre-QEreview time which makes it two to three years old ...

Our other ideas for simplex were:
The deformation is based on vectors defined at the dual points /
simplexpoints. We could have all the values stored in the pointype itself,
making the deformation framework much simpler an faster.
