[Insight-developers] Cvs not compiling

Hi Alex,

That will be my fault...   :-/

I'm adding several contributions from the Insight Journal
and I'm having trouble finding the source of that dependency
problem.

The build works fine when  ITK_USE_TRANSFORM_IO_FACTORIES
is enabled, I'm probably missing something obvious.

I'm looking into it....
