[Insight-developers] gcc 4.3 test failures

In fact, sumost.ca is running 4.3.1 (possibly with extra patches,
since it is Debian/unstable) and no test failed.

About the itkRegionGrow2DTest failure: I think I read Luis
speculating that it might have been caused by not cleaning
between builds.  Maybe a clean build would help?
