[Insight-developers] ITK 3.8 is out : CVS repository is Open

This may have been obvious to many of you, but just to make the
official announcement: the CVS repository is now open for business.

Please feel free to make commits that are intended to fix bugs
and improve performance.

As usual, new classes and files should be submitted to the
Insight Journal first.
