Increasing the timeout did not help.  I suspect it is finding a genuine
bug, and we are only seeing it on this machine because it is the only
dashboard to use the STL Debug mode.  We'll turn STL Debug off tonight
to test that theory.  And hopefully Bill or someone can enable it on
another machine.
