[Insight-developers] MAC Compile errors

All,

I've confirmed that with cmake 2.6 on MacOSX 10.5.4 the builds work with
"ccmake -G{Unix Makefile}" generated environment, but fail with "ccmake
-Gxcode" generated environments.
