[Insight-developers] today's 3 dashboard failing tests...

Hi all,

We noticed there are 3 tests failing on many machines today.  Our debug
dashboard has logged what seems to be the root cause:

This is thanks to gcc's debug STL mode.  Hopefully this tidbit will help
whoever is looking at the problem.
