[Insight-developers] New cmake variable for code in Review?

Hi,

There is yet another cmake variable added to ITK to activate code in
the review directory.   Why?

I think it should be only be necessary to enable or disable the "itk
use review" cmake var to activate or deactivate all code in the
code/review directory.   We should not introduce an ever increasing
multitude of new cmake vars to enable/disable each individual
filter/module/group in review.
