[Insight-developers] itkCoxDeBoorBSplineKernelFunction tests

Bill,

Since my introduction to ITK I haven't quite outgrown my fear of the  
Dashboard.  This fear only heightened when I noticed the warnings on  
BillsLaptop caused by my test contribution.  I hoped to have it  
cleared before you noticed but I guess I failed. :-)
