[Insight-developers] copy constructor of the shaped iterators are protected

Hi,

I would like to know why the copy constructor of the shaped  
neighborhood iterators is protected, and not implemented.
I guess there is a reason, but I can't find the which one. The  
superclasses of those classes are implementing it for example.

Currently, it prevent me to implement a function which return a  
preset iterator.
