[Insight-developers] Problems checking code into ITK

Folks,

I'm trying to commit code into the CVS head for itk. I get a pre-commit
check failure from the branchRestrict.

The message is
cvs commit:cannot exec /cvsroot/Insight/CVSROOT/branchRestrict: No such file
or directory.

I know this restriction code is new. Has anyone tested that it works?
