Hi Gaetan,

This is great !

Thanks for taking the time to setup the CPack configuration for ITK.

Sure, we should be able to include binaries in the SourceForge 
distribution. It will be a simple matter of picking up some platform
combinations.

Probably Mac, Windows 32, and Linux are a reasonable set to have.
