[Insight-developers] itk::ImageAdaptor and grafting

Hello,

I've recently started working with the ITK ImageAdaptors again and had to
experience that grafting an ImageAdaptor does not copy the pixel accessor.
This makes using an ImageAdaptor far less transparent than expected (and
also pretty unusable as output for any filter that uses a minipipeline).
Is this a bug or is there any rationale for not copying the pixel accessor?
