[Insight-developers] BSpline Deformable Transform - fixed parameters

Hi,

My thought was that the bulk transform which is used in the 
itkBSplineDeformableTransform should be considered a fixed parameter of 
the BSplineDeformableTransform.

Right now, using Get/SetFixedParameters and Get/SetParameters isn't 
sufficient for copying or loading/saving a bspline transform.

BulkTransform is applied to a point in BSpline's TransformPoint function 
in line 574.  BulkTransform is not a fixed parameters as defined in 
lines 95 and 300-ish

Any thoughts?  Am I missing something?
