Please look at the example:
InsightApplications/ItkMFC
The easiest way to combine ITK and MFC is to
use CMake in order to configure your project.
You may find useful to look at the tutorials:
http://www.itk.org/HTML/Tutorials.htm
in particular to:
http://www.itk.org/CourseWare/Training/GettingStartedI-WebPage/index.htm
for step by step instructions on how to
configure your own project using CMake.
