test submission failure (was Re: [Insight-developers] Memory Leak in MetaImageIO)

It would be nice to fix that problem.
I have 5 builds which are failing to submit their results, and the new one  
I'm preparing on a new host also fail the same way.

I can provide a temporary access to an affected host with ssh if it can  
help to track the problem.
