[Insight-developers] Itkzlib stuck at version 1.1.4?

Sean,

Nice job on the update. One problem did show up today on the
InsightApplications builds.

There were symbol conflicts between the itkzlib and the zlib used by fltk.
These conflicts should not have occurred since the itk names were mangled.
On further inspection, I saw that a few symbols were not being mangled.
These symbols were of type "R" or "D". I suspect that the "nm" output was
not filtered for [TRD] but only [T] since all of these symbols were either R
or D.

I updated the mangle file and amended the documentation. Since this code was
somehow derived from VTK, I suspect a similar problem there.
