biomedical datasets." IEEE EMBS, 26(2), 2007 pp 82-85

Scopira is an open-source, C++ library and application for fMRI 
analysis...that uses ITK.

Most authors are associated with the National Research Council's 
Institute for Biodiagnostics in Canada and the University of Manitoba.
