[Insight-developers] ITK website could use update regarding code contrib how-to.

It's a minor point, but while that page is being fixed, is there some  
reason why the current CVS Doxygen is called "manual pages" while the  
release Doxygen is called "Documentation"?

It confused me when I first visited the page.
