A suggestion.

Recently I was trying to find info on how to contribute to ITK, but couldn't
find it. I would suggest to put a link to this page somewhere prominently on
the ITK main page. The Insight Journal also doesn't seem to be mentioned on
the ITK web-site. (I guess now somebody is going to say that it's there all
along, so I'll apologise in advance)
