[Insight-developers] WrapITK and ExplicitITK name collision

Hi Julien,

What do you think we should do to fix the option name collision with  
WrapITK and ExplicitITK ?
Is it volontary done like that, to explicitly instantiate the classes  
needed by WrapITK ?
