[Insight-developers] how can I make ImageCompare and itkTestDriver find the libs ?

It seems that the problem comes from CMAKE_SKIP_RPATH=ON set by WrapITK  
(thanks again to Luis).
Zach, do you remember why WrapITK is doing that ? Can I safely drop it ?
