[Insight-developers] Problems with vnl_math_rnd

Hi Bill,


Now that the release has been tagged, and the repository is
still under control, would you like to commit the fixes for
the vnl_math_rnd problem ?


It will be nice to solve the known issues before we allow
new changes to go into the toolkit.
