[Insight-developers] Preliminary Results: Template Instantiation Statistics

Folks,

Following today's productive t-con on explicit template instantiation, I
started to gather some statistics. WARNING: These are very preliminary
results and I have not verified my scripts.

I ran my scripts from the top level of an ITK binary tree.

Total class instantiations: 90384
Unique instantiations: 4892

For Image
Total instantiations: 5442
Unique instantiations: 140

For RescaleIntensityImageFilter
Total instantiations: 549
Unique instantiations: 22
