[Insight-developers] cmake version of the Insigh Journal Automatic Testing System seems to be 2.0

I just finished updating the Insight Journal testing environment.  It 
now uses CMake 2.2.3 by default.  If this proves to be problematic I'll 
design a method to specify which version of CMake to use when building 
and testing a project.  I also installed Sun Java 1.4.2 and CableSwig.
