Here are some suggested topics for today's tcon:

- DICOM Series writing from non-DICOM source
- OrientedImage / Gradients / Registration
- Concept Checking
- Insight Journal papers

We also reorganized a bit the ITK Wiki page
and added a section for Tcon agendas:

This may help to better prepare our tcon discussions.
